Maman Kontangora House is on Fire...

Fire Fighters are still making desperate efforts to  put off the early morning fire which started on the third floor of the Federal Mortgage Bank at Maman Kontagora House, Broad Street Lagos. According eye witnesses, the fire started from a generator set around 9.00am on the third floor and later spread to the fifth floor of the complex where the banking hall is located. It was also learnt that as at 1.00pm this afternoon, the fire has spread to the eight floor. So far, no casualty has been recorded. NDIC office and a law firm are also affected. The brave fire fighters are still battling with the inferno as at the time of filing in this report.
