Nate Dogg's Son Sues Step Mother to Court for Father's Estate

Naijel Hale, Nate Dogg's son, has sued his former step-mother and his father's last wife, Latoya Calvin, to court, TMZ reports.

The celebrity gossip site has obtained court documents, which include allegations made by Hale that Calvin is responsible for the car accident that ultimately let to his father having multiple strokes and dying. Hale, who currently plays football for the University of Washington also stated that Calvin married Nate Dogg while he was mentally incapacitated to take advantage of the estate.

Hale's mother, Rhoda Mouton, is reportedly involved, as well. Court documents show that Mouton stated Calvin was not present at Nate Dogg's funeral.

Calvin and Nate Dogg were separated and moving forward with a divorce when he died.

The family has been arguing over the "Regulator" rapper's estate since he passed in 2011. Nate’s assets were reportedly supposed to be split between his six children.
